Among the Berber people of Kabylie  it is the women who are the potters. They make all kinds of bowls and plates but also produce animal models.
The work is painted with mineral colors and fired in an open bonfire.
Berber pottery, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. It is just rare and beautiful with these marks of time and its experience, it has a beautiful form of a primitive  and its décor is sober and simple, lines intersect and highlight the curves of this beautiful terracotta.
